Business Details: business name, website, business number, job title, billing information.

Third Parties: when a sponsor, employer, or sales agency refers you to us.
Project Details: any information required to execute deliverables, such as financial information, schedules, and other team member's data.

The platform we use for our websites and CRM is protected with SOC2 Type II Certification. We use SSL certificates in our email communication. The data we collect and process is stored mostly on offline data carriers. Whenever we process data, we ensure that our company and third parties maintain high standards of data protection. When we send data we use encryption as much as possible. In our organization, we inform and train subcontractors on the protection of data and risk mitigation.
Note: Freelyran will not ask for any information about login credentials for your bank, government portals, medical information, or other sensitive information we do not need. In case you feel you have received spam or fishing communication in our name, please contact us or the relevant authorities. Do not open any link in the email or text that you have received.
